Recently, some couriers are getting irresponsible and unprofessional in handling and delivering your packages in our warehouse. Kindly protect your merchandise by putting in a comment to the shipper to make sure to “Hand deliver and request for signature of the receiver”.

Packages “STATUS OF DELIVERY” is not accurate and guaranteed unless an IBS Fastpak agent receives it in person.

Also a reminder to all our valued customers to please UPLOAD INVOICES after your purchases. This will help us to organize and process all your items when we receive them. We cannot ship your items when we do not have the proper and complete invoices.
